Michelle Huntington (the Captain) and Guy Newman (the Clown), have a passion for Leadership, understanding people and wanting to show people how to become the best version of themselves.

Michelle is a retired Airline Captain, having flown 1,000's of miles and millions of passengers around the world. Working in a small cockpit office, with different personalities most days has given Michelle insight into how to inspire others to succeed. She is also an accomplished artist, keynote speaker, flying instructor and trainer plus author.

Guy has trained Corporate Leaders, both established and emerging for over 30 years, working with high profile corporations such as Volkswagen, LendLease, Macquarie Bank to name a few. He is also an Olympian, circus performer, coach and mindset expert and author.
